J.D. Associates has Customer Loyalty Program plug-ins to Retail Pro (for V 8.5x or higher) that are easy to use and will help you build customer loyalty.
Most of all, they show the customer you're interested in doing business with them. That's big. Because they have lots of choices where to spend their retail dollars. You want them to spend those dollars with you.
What are the Customer Loyalty Program (CLP) add-on programs? We have three for Retail Pro 8.5 and higher:
- Bounce-Back Coupon: Based on a sale-by-sale basis, customer reaches a dollar amount spent and gets a coupon.
- CLP Database Edition: Plug-in tracks a customers' purchases over a period of time. When they reach an amount spent threshold, they get a coupon
- CLP Points and Value: A multi-functioning customer loyalty program that is customizable for your needs. Very flexible--can be a dollars spent or point-based program. 'Dollars' are accrued and can only be spent on items in inventory you select by setting a flag on those items. Customer is credited, based on a specified % of an item's selling price. 'Points' are accrued and vary by items you select. Is printed on the receipt and will contain the up-to-date loyalty values for either dollars or point based program.
